World AIDS Day

As I prepare to leave for Lesotho, I have reflected often on the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

It is remarkable how much progress has been made against this disease.

However, the HIV/AIDS rate in Lesotho has remained steady at 25%.

One in four people...1 in 4.

That's just so unfathomable.
