In 2005, I had the immense pleasure of hearing Steve Job's now-famous Stanford commencement speech live.
My brother graduated from Stanford in 2005, so we were all there.
I'll admit that at the time I was more focused on all the crazy outfits the graduates were wearing...the whole "Wacky Walk: thing...(No formal Stanford event goes without crazy costumes...they're kind of a crazy bunch.)
But with the proliferation of this speech, I have had ample opportunity to reflect on the power of the words he spoke that day.
The passage I've included above seem particularly relevant to me as I ponder my future and continually grapple with this whole AFRICA decision.
